Here at Kennedy Communications, we all get by with a little help from our Sam.
You may know her as the friendly voice that answers the phone or the smiling face that graces the front desk, but that’s just the easy part. From research and writing to hounding printers and uploading web content, Samantha helps keep us all organized and (relatively) sane.
From a young age, Sam’s people skills have been an asset. Always comfortable speaking to large crowds, Samantha’s family says she even waved like a politician as a young girl (her baby-kissing skills would develop later in life).
As she grew older, Samantha translated her people skills into political skills, interning for Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz and the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee during college summers. After earning her B.A. in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University, Sam traded the beautiful beaches of south Florida for the monuments and chilly winters of Washington D.C.
In her free time, Sam can be found living beyond her means—prowling shops to decorate her new apartment, sampling the tastes of local D.C. eateries, or discovering new books to help pass the time on her weekday commute. But whatever she’s doing, it’s almost always with a smile.
